My Favorite Game
My favorite game growing up was always Jenga. Whenever the weather didn't permit my sisters, friends, and I to play outside we would play Jenga to pass the time. I also liked building other structures with the blocks.

False Advertisement
Different companies use many different advertisement and marketing techniques. The writer or cartoonist portrays his ethos (character or personal feeling) through logos (text, "the word", or drawing) which determines the pathos (emotions) of the audience. In this particular advertisement the artist portrays many different favorable. The tall man in the suit (logos) portrays class and domination (ethos) which makes men who want to feel powerful (pathos) feel as though they can become so by drinking this drink. The cartoonist also portrays sexiness to women (ethos) by using an attractive woman in a bikini being confronted by an attracted male (logos). This may make some women feel as though if they drink this drink they will be sexier and will be approached by classy men. Lastly, the use of the tropical beach background (logos) by the author is used because it is a desirable location universally (logos) and gives the interpreter a sense of tranquility and again, classiness (pathos). In conclusion, many advertisement companies use different techniques and emotions to sell us products by using images and words that may or may not directly relate to the product. As consumers we need to look past these marketing techniques and look at the actual product and it's actual purpose.
